Revista Ibérica first emerged from the Ebro Observatory in 1914, and continued to be published until 2004. The magazine was devoted to the dissemination of science and technology. In 2014, the centenary of the magazine’s inception was celebrated with a series of exhibitions held at the Ebro Observatory, the Institute of Catalan Studies and the Catalonia Museum of Science and Technology.
This new edition was organised by the Ebro Observatory, in collaboration with the Museum of the Ebro and the Delegation of CSIC in Catalonia. The exhibition is open to the public at the Residence for Researchers during Science Week (11th to 20th November). The exhibition will open with the lecture “Discovering Revista Ibérica”, to be given by Maria Genescà and Estefania Blanch, both from the Ebro Observatory.
