Nanotechnology, a new weapon against malaria

The aim of this lecture is to bring the general public up to date on current knowledge regarding the constant struggle between medicine and Plasmodium, the parasite that causes malaria. The speaker will give a brief history of this disease, explaining what treatments were used in the past, the current state of the research, and the use of nanotechnology in this battle.
