Strategic scenario of research in health science. The crisis as opportunity

The present situation for budgets and the changes in the structural and legislative model of research in Spain will result in a whole series of changes that will have a significant impact on the model of funding that will be operative as from 2013. In the lecture, we will be analysing how the creation of the State Research Agency and the new State Plan for Scientific and Technological Research and the State Plan for Innovation will change the regulatory field of Strategic Action in Health, which covers all the instruments for health research funding into that are carried out within the Carlos III Health Institute.
