The current situation with, and treatment of acute stroke

Stroke is a common cerebrovascular pathology, and is one of the main causes of death or permanent disability. In this lecture the speaker will explain the progress that has been made in stroke treatment and the importance of research into this illness in order to reduce its neurological side-effects.
