The effects of air pollution on health

The inhabitants of big cities such as Barcelona and Madrid have to live with air pollution, most of which is caused by traffic, and this represents a serious risk to health. How do these harmful particles we breathe in affect our health? Do they only affect our respiratory apparatus, or can they damage other organs? This lecture will answer all these questions.
