What have we learned and what have we failed to learn? Reflections on training the doctors of tomorrow
Change represents a substantial part of the transformation of our society. Very often, however, this is imperceptible until, when looking back, we are surprised by how much things have changed – medical practices, ways of doing things, spaces, media and, also, people. Experience then proves to be added value. Some aspects of medical practice have been lost – perhaps they should be recovered? How can the experiences of the older doctor help in the training of the young doctor?

Cycle: Humanist Doctors? Medicine in society for the 20th Century

Organized by: Museum of the History of Medicine of Catalonia, Residence for Researchers, Barcelona Physicians’ Association.
