Robotics is gradually gaining in importance in our lives. In the past, it was only used in industry, but now robotics can be found in our houses, buildings and cities; they are commonly used in all fields, from industrial production to helping people carry out everyday tasks (work, leisure, medical assistance, etc.). Robotics is an interdisciplinary field that combine science and technology, research and innovation, and its development is having a direct impact on society. In this presentation, the speaker will be examining the breakthroughs that have been made in research, innovation and knowledge transfer in robotics in the IRI, as well as discussing the results of the projects currently in progress.
